A Study on the VR Training of Internship for Cultural Industries: A Case Study on Human Resources

Abstract

This study on the virtual reality (VR) training of internship for university students ,The research demonstration is “cultural industries technological quality”. The research to establish a VR training model, and takes cultural industries within the boundaries the research object. We expected achieves the following three purposes. We try to construct a VR training model. First, this research probe the literature review, like technological quality, behavioral intention, action system and so, then fit characteristic of the cultural industries, develops five dimensions of technological quality. The five dimensions that measure technological quality are personality, perception, environment, service, information; afterwards we use structural equation modeling to examine quality of VR training model.
